KO Law names new managing partner
DENVER — Jennifer Rosenthal has been named managing partner of KO Law, a corporate and commercial law firm in Denver.
Rosenthal joined KO Law in 2012 and was promoted to equity partner four years later. This marks the law firm’s “fastest ascension to partnership by anyone in the firm’s history,” according to a news release. She also was the first equity partner and is now the firm’s first female managing partner, the release stated.
“I am honored to be named Managing Partner of KO Law and excited to steer the firm toward continued growth and success,” Rosenthal said in the release. “KO Law has always been committed to delivering exceptional client service and fostering a balanced, collaborative, innovative culture. Rosenthal focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, the release stated. She also serves as outside general counsel for many of her clients.
Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, she earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado Boulder and her law degree from the University of Colorado Law School. Prior to joining KO Law, she was a corporate associate in the Denver office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, an international law firm based in Los Angeles.
