Heart Distillery’s spirits win awards
WINDSOR — Spirits created by the seven-year-old The Heart Distillery received awards this month.
Heart’s gin won the American Distilling Institute’s Double Gold and Best in Category awards as well as a gold medal from the Bartender Spirits Awards. According to the Greeley Tribune, Bartender Spirits also named Heart’s cask-strength bourbon Small Batch Bourbon of the Year and gave a silver medal to its The Bee’s Knees cocktail in the “ready to drink” category.
