Noodles & Co. expands its benefits package

BROOMFIELD — Noodles & Company has expanded its employee benefits package to one that includes six weeks paid maternity leave.

The program, called #LifeAtNoodles, will also give qualifying team members $10,000 in adoption assistance, expanded parental leave and student loan debt assistant.

On January 1, we made additional industry-leading benefits available to our teams, and we plan to continue to grow this program.”

General managers will receive student loan debt assistance of $1,000 per year. Veterans will get paid time off on Veteran’s Day and corporate team members will get flexible time off.
