Cemex operation faces fines, further investigation
LYONS — The Cemex cement manufacturing facility in Lyons has been fined hundreds of thousands of dollars and remains under investigation for air pollution violations.
The Colorado Sun reported that the operation, under pressure from neighboring residents, may face additional fines or perhaps even shutdown.
