Health Dept. shuts down FoCo eatery again
FORT COLLINS – For the second time in two months, the Garlic Knot restaurant, 2601 S. Lemay Ave., Unit 30, has been shut down by the Larimer County Department of Health and Environment. According to the Fort Collins Coloradoan, the department cited numerous food-safety violations including food not being refrigerated at the proper temperature in a faulty cooler.
