Buc-ee’s, Ledge Rock Center move forward
JOHNSTOWN — The area around the interchange of Interstate 25 and Colorado Highway 60 is on its way to becoming a major commercial and residential hub in Northern Colorado, and it got a few steps closer Monday night after the Johnstown town council unanimously approved several measures relating to the Buc-ee’s and Ledge Rock Center developments.
The council approved the site development plan for Buc-ee’s and the first two subdivision plats for Ledge Rock Center.
