Conga HQ consolidation reaps millions in incentives

BROOMFIELD — AppExtremes Inc., the Broomfield-based software company that does business as Conga, will secure up to $8.2 million in state incentives to consolidate facilities to a new headquarters in Broomfield.

BizWest reported July 11 that Conga will consolidate operations from several locations to Atria, a Class A office complex at 13699 Via Varra Road. The company will occupy 88,000 square feet, a dramatic increase from its current 30,000 square feet at 390 Interlocken Blvd. The Colorado Economic Development Commission on Thursday confirmed that the company will receive state job-growth incentives of up to $8.2 million, according to the Denver Business Journal.

Conga’s consolidation of operations could create up to 570 new jobs, a Conga spokesman told BizWest. Initial locations to be consolidated include two existing offices in Broomfield, where the company currently employs 243 workers.
