Greeley sues Windsor over U.S. 34 pacts
Armed with a unanimous authorization from the Greeley City Council, the city attorney’s office has sued the Town of Windsor, claiming that the smaller community has ignored a 17-year-old intergovernmental agreement on infrastructure.
