The acquired clinic in Evergreen was established in 1965; Evergreen Vision Clinic PC is a full-service optometric clinic led by Dr. Daniel Hock.
In a prepared statement, Marcello Celentano, chief executive of Panorama Eyecare, said the acquisition of the two clinics “allows us to expand our network to the west and north of the Front Range and to serve more customers across the region. We continue to look for additional M&A opportunities throughout the Rocky Mountain region to solidify our position as an industry leader, expand our physician network and improve access to our premium patient experience for eyecare and premium LASIK services.”
