Self-storage company completes one project, begins another
FORT COLLINS — A self-storage development company with offices in Fort Collins and Colorado Springs has completed a three-story storage facility in Pearland, Texas, and has broken ground on another facility in Fulshear, Texas.
GYS Development LLC said that its Blackhawk Self Storage facility encompasses 107,000 square feet and is located in the Houston submarket of Pearland. The Fulshear development will also be a three-story construction and will total 105,000 square feet.
GYS General Contracting, a subsidiary, was used on both projects. The construction company builds projects internally for GYS and also for third parties.
