Report outlines Boulder’s energy goals

BOULDER – Boulder should focus on keeping its options open when it comes to charting its energy future, a report from city officials said.

The report, which was written in advance of a City Council study session scheduled for  Tuesday, Dec. 14,  outlines “a potential strategy framework and related November 2011 ballot measure that would position the community to pursue its energy goals while continuing to keep open the options of partnership with Xcel Energy or municipalization.”
