Ground broken for Liberty Draw subdivision in Evans

EVANS — Greeley-based homebuilder Baessler Homes held a groundbreaking ceremony Monday for a master-planned community called Liberty Draw in Evans.

The approximately 700-unit development at 37th Street and 35th Avenue will offer a diverse range of housing options, with pricing starting from the high $200,000s on townhomes and the mid $300,000s on single-family homes.

“We are thrilled to break ground on Liberty Draw, which represents a new chapter in our commitment to building the most valuable homes and communities in Northern Colorado.” Baessler Homes president Steve Bricker said in a prepared statement. “This master-planned community embodies our dedication to providing attainable housing options while maintaining the integrity of quality homes that Baessler Homes has brought to the marketplace since 1968.”

Liberty Draw will offer trails, green spaces and connectivity to local schools, shopping centers and major transportation hubs.
