Windsor Town Board amends Great Western service plan, approves Overland 368 development
WINDSOR — The town board this week amended the service plan for several Great Western Metropolitan Districts to allow for residential and mixed-use development, as well as approving the service plan and PUD for Overland 368, a new residential development.
The Great Western Metropolitan Districts, formed in 2007, have since seen much development in the Great Western Industrial Park along Eastman Park Drive, which has landed tenants such as Vestas, Hexcel, Owens-Illinois and Halliburton.
