DENVER — Denver licensing officials are trying to strip the Diamond Cabaret of its operating permit after investigations into widespread wage theft at the strip club near the city’s downtown.
Those investigations, according to the Denver Post, found that club managers were routinely pocket tips meant for dancers and paying servers and hosts below the minimum wage.
