Adams succeeds Pilkington at KCI helm
LONGMONT — Jared Adams took over in January as president of Longmont-based Krische Construction Inc., succeeding Mark Pilkington, who is retiring after 40 years with the company known as KCI.
A Colorado Front Range native with a background in naval aviation and the energy industry, Adams started with KCI in January 2024 as director of operations.
“Serving in leadership at KCI has been deeply fulfilling, both personally and professionally,” Adams said in a prepared statement. “I value the opportunity to take on new challenges and continuously improve our operations. Most of all, I’m grateful for the people I get to work alongside each day. Our talented, forward-thinking team has driven a decade of sustainable growth while preserving the small, family-business feel that makes KCI so special. I’m sincerely thankful to Mark Pilkington for the opportunity to lead this company. It’s an honor and a privilege I’m proud to hold.”
Adams earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming.
