Green Dot Labs expands into Arizona

BOULDER — Green Dot Labs, a Boulder-based cannabis company, has expanded into Arizona, the company’s first venture outside of Colorado.

Green Dot Labs, a tradename for GDL Inc., focuses on a genetics-led cultivation program, small-batch flower and the live resin market, 

Green Dot Labs’ products became available Sept. 6 at participating dispensaries and retail partners across Arizona.

Arizona consumers have access to a curated lineup of Flower, Flower Rolls, Live Resin Cartridges, Live Resin Rolls, and the Live Rosin System all-in-one vape. The company first announced plans to enter the Arizona market in 2023.

“For over a decade, we have evolved and developed our cannabis operations into a premium brand, driving categorical dominance in one of the country’s most competitive markets,” Alana Malone, co-founder and CEO of Green Dot Labs, said in a written statement. “Our expansion into Arizona represents the culmination of years of learnings and leadership in genetics, high-end indoor cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and customer service. We are thrilled to be launching in Arizona and introducing our beloved products to a new market of enthusiasts.”

Green Dot Labs’ Arizona products are grown and extracted at a new 55,000-square-foot facility in Tempe, with cultivation, extraction, packaging and distribution handled under one roof.

“Every strain we release is a result of our in-house R&D, years of focused breeding, and rigorous data collection,” Dave Malone, co-founder and chief creative officer of Green Dot Labs, said in a written statement. “Through our Tempe facility, we’ve brought the same spirit of innovation, genetic artistry, and quality standards that define our roots back home.”
