Boulder-born RockyMounts moving to Aurora

SALT LAKE CITY — Rhino-Rack, a subsidiary of Utah-based outdoor company Clarus Corp. (Nasdaq: CLAR), has acquired Boulder-born RockyMounts, a maker of bike racks, mounts and locks for vehicles.
The company plans to relocate operations to Aurora, according to a Grand Junction Daily Sentinel report.
RockyMounts, founded in 1993 by Bobby Noyes, left its Boulder headquarters for Grand Junction in 2018 and became the first tenant at Las Colonias Business Park, a corporate campus in Grand Junction developed specifically for outdoor industry companies.
