Lawsuit: Lafayette landlord claims tenant owes $1M+ in back, future rent
Tebo Properties, a major commercial landlord in Boulder County, sued a former tenant this week, claiming that the company owes more than $1.23 million in back and future rent for a lease on an industrial property in Lafayette.
