Trimble breaks ground on 1.7MW solar array at Westminster HQ

WESTMINSTER — Industrial technology company Trimble Inc. (Nasdaq: TRMB), is building a 1.7-megawatt solar array at its Westminster headquarters, which it established last year when it moved its main office from Silicon Valley to the Boulder Valley.
The new solar panels are projected to offset more than 100% of the energy consumed by Trimble’s two-building campus in the Westmoor Technology Park, which represents approximately 6-7% of the company’s total global electricity demand,” Trimble said in a news release.
