Former Loveland Ford dealership site sells for $6.85M

LOVELAND — It would appear that the old Ford dealership in Loveland will once again be home to an auto dealership. At least the buyer is in the car business.

The property at 999 E. Eisenhower Blvd., where Loveland Ford had its home until opening a new dealership location farther east on Eisenhower, has been sold to a company called Gen121 LLC, which lists an address of 1500 E. County Line Road in Highlands Ranch with the secretary of state. That’s the same address as a used-car dealership named ClearShift, the trade name for VanderWal Motorcar Co. Inc.

Selling price was listed as $6.85 million.

Seller of the property was two entities, each with 50% ownership. Bravada Eisenhower LLC of Greenwood Village was listed as one of them, and 600 Diagonal LLC, 917 S. Main St. in Longmont, was the other. Managers signing the warranty deed for 600 Diagonal were Realtor Ed Kanemoto and auto dealer Don Weibel. The Weibel family owns Loveland Ford.
