Kroenke acquires retail center for $49M
GREENWOOD VILLAGE — Sports, media and real estate magnate Stan Kroenke has acquired a Greenwood Village retail center.
BusinessDen reports that an entity affiliated with Kroenke purchased Belleview Promenade at 8000 E. Belleview Ave. for $49 million. Kroenke Sports Entertainment owns controlling interests in the Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Rapids, Denver Nuggets and the Los Angeles Rams. It also operates regional sports network Altitude Sports and Entertainment.
