New office, warehouse project planned in Lafayette
LAFAYETTE — A Boulder-based developer is planning to build a roughly 26,000-square-foot office and warehouse space in Lafayette on a two-acre lot at 1391 Horizon Ave.
The project, developed by Mojo Partners LLC and constructed by Longmont-based general contractor Sugarloaf Building Co., will be reviewed Wednesday by Lafayette’s Planning Commission.
The developer has an unnamed telecom company committed to taking half of the rentable space within the building, according to Lafayette planning documents.

Boulder County property records show the parcel, located within Lafayette’s Vista Business Park, was bought by Mojo Partners earlier this year for nearly $343,000.
The business park “has 37 lots, 19 of which are developed,” according to planning documents. “One lot is under construction, while another has been previously approved.”
