Boulder property where hotel is planned sold

BOULDER — A property on Diagonal Highway in Boulder where a new Kum & Go gas station convenience store was once planned has been sold to a firm with aims of building a hotel on the site.

In a deal that closed in late December, Iowa-based Kum & Go LC sold the roughly 2.3-acre parcel at 3365 Diagonal Highway, formerly the home of a Sinclair gas station, to Boulder Lodging Group LLC for $2.85 million, Boulder County public records show.
