Boulder Residence Inn sells for $21.5M
BOULDER — The Boulder Residence Inn by Marriott at 3030 Circle Green Drive was sold last month for $21.5 million, Boulder County public records show.
The seller of the 128-room, 33-year-old hotel is listed as BRE Newton Hotels Property Owner LP, a New York-based company that does business as LXR Luxury Resorts.
APEX Boulder LP is the buyer. That company is registered to a Utah address associated with commercial real estate developer PEG Development. PEG’s portfolio includes Hilton, Hyatt and other Marriott properties in Utah and Arizona.

There are open building permits on file for the Residence Inn by Marriott in Boulder. Permitted work involves “limited interior remodel of hotel rooms” including “conversion of bathtubs to shower stalls, replacement of patio doors with windows, and upgrade of finishes,” Boulder city documents show.
