Molecular Products Group moves HQ to Louisville
LOUISVILLE — Molecular Products Group Inc. is moving its global headquarters to Louisville.
The Colorado-based company specializes in the design and manufacture of devices for the treatment of breathable gasses. It makes products for carbon filtration in air respirators, as well as carbon-dioxide absorbers, among other products.
To celebrate the opening of its 63,000-square-foot facility, Molecular Products is hosting an open house from 3 to 6 p.m. on Nov. 8 at 633 CTC Blvd. in Louisville. Sen. Cory Gardner will provide a welcome address as the guest of honor.

The facility was built in partnership with the U.S. Department of Defense under a Defense Production Act Title III program to expand U.S. industrial base domestic capability to manufacture impregnated activated carbon, a key component in DoD protective filtration systems.
Molecular Products was previously headquartered in Boulder, where it moved in 2009. The company has also been based in the U.K. and in Lafayette. It has about 60 employees in its U.S. facility.
