High Plains Housing Development elevates new leader

GREELEY — High Plains Housing Development Corp., a nonprofit affordable-housing organization in Weld County, recently promoted Joshua Fulenwider to executive director.

He will take over leadership of HPHD in later this year from the retiring Jodi Hartmann.

Fulenwider has previously served as High Plains’ assistant director and director of real estate development and property management.

“Josh brings a rare blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and genuine commitment to our mission, and he has earned the trust of our staff, partners, and board through his thoughtful, collaborative leadership. We are incredibly confident in his ability to build on the strong foundation Jodi created and lead High Plains into its next chapter of impact and growth.” High Plains board chairman Weston Kurz said in a prepared statement.
