New real estate company takes aim at Denver, Boulder

DENVER and BOULDER — Compass, a national network of residential real estate agents that began operation in Denver and Boulder in January, is targeting a market share of 20 percent by the end of next year.

BusinessDen reported that the agency is half way to its goal and is rapidly hiring agents — 267 so far — away from other real estate companies.
