Bank of Colorado eyes new loan-production offices

FORT COLLINS — Bank of Colorado, a Fort Collins-based institution with branches throughout the region, intends to open new loan-production offices in Boulder and Prescott, Arizona.

The bank informed the Colorado Division of Banking of its plans in late October. New loan-production offices are often precursors to the establishment of new bank branches.

The Boulder office is planned for the Pearl Street Mall area at 1470 Walnut St., Suite 111, according to Division of Banking records. Property records show that suite is about 1,100 square feet.

The institution has assets of $4.4 billion and total deposits of more than $3.9 billion, according to data from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.
