Hines purchases RiNo site for $11.25 million
DENVER — Development company Hines has purchased a RiNo site for $11.25 million to build an office project.
Houston-based Hines partnered with Chicago-based McCaffery Interests and an unnamed investor to purchase 3500 Blake St., reports BusinessDen. The industrial site has been used by glass sink manufacturer Vitraform.
The property is 1.15 acres, which puts the value at $225 a square foot.
