Food-industry veterans launch Boulder-based natural-snacks company

BOULDER — Food-industry veterans Kay Allison and Mike Senackerib have launched Farm&Oven Snacks Inc., a Boulder-based maker of natural snacks.

The duo established the company in January but began production and started shipping products last week.

Farm&Oven’s initial product line includes Bakery Bites. The company said that the snacks deliver 40 percent of the recommended daily vegetable intake, up to 35 grams of fiber per serving and contain one billion probiotics…
