Developers building nearly 2 million-square-foot industrial park in Brighton

BRIGHTON — Hyde Development and Mortenson are developing a 1.8 million-square-foot Class A industrial park in Brighton called 76 Commerce Center.

The 122-acre site in Bromley Industrial Park is the largest speculative project in the Denver area, according to a news release.

Newmark Knight Frank is the exclusive listing broker.

The center is located on the I-76 corridor and will be located in an enterprise zone. It will have bulk and office warehouses, flexible building size options and state-of-the-art building features.
