Gaming company Pavonis Interactive seeking $250,000

LOUISVILLE — Gaming company Pavonis Interactive Inc. has raised nearly $49,000 of its $250,000 goal, which will go to releasing its first video game.

The Louisville-based company filed a Form D with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Aug. 9 and is offering equity to raise the funds. Pavonis previously did business as Pavonis Interactive LLC and Long War Studios LLC.

Pavonis started by modifying other games and releasing those modifications for people to play, but is now creating its own game from scratch, CEO John Lumpkin told BizWest.
