Snooze set to wake up Westminster breakfast diners

WESTMINSTER — Snooze, the Denver-based chain of breakfast and brunch eateries, will open two locations in Westminster.

BusinessDen reports that Snooze will open in the Westminster Promenade in June and at 144th Avenue and Interstate 25 in 2018. The expansion is part of the chain’s addition of eight to 11 restaurants in existing markets yearly for the next five years.

Snooze also is adding restaurants in Arizona, California and Texas.
