Longmont planning commission approves 240-unit affordable housing complex
The Copper Peak affordable housing complex on the north edge of Longmont could have units available for rent as early as next summer after the development gained approval from the city’s planning and zoning commission Wednesday.
The Times-Call reports that all 240 of the apartment units in the complex — which will sit just north of the Walmart that’s at the northeast corner of Highways 66 and 287 — will be reserved for those making 60 percent of area median income.
