Apartments in Boulder sell for $18.4 million

BOULDER — The 91-unit Marine Park Apartments in Boulder has been acquired by a Denver-based real estate developer for $18.4 million, according to public records.

The entity 1155 Boulder LLC, formed by Brickstone Investments LLC of Denver, purchased the apartments at 1155 Marine St. from Birch Enterprises LLLP, an entity registered to Randal Bjerke of Boulder.

The four-story, 45,00-square-foot apartment building was constructed in 1963.
