Longmont lands Intrado headquarters

LONGMONT ? Intrado Inc. has signed what may be the largest lease agreement inked on the Front Range so far this year. Lucky for Longmont.

The $43 million, 10-year lease will bring headquarters operations for the 911 service provider to town. This is Intrado’s second expansion at the Boulder County Business Center at 1601 Dry Creek Parkway.

The Gunbarrel-based company signed an initial lease about a year ago for about 100,000 square feet to house about 100 employees, said Stephen Meer, vice president and chief technical officer.
