REAL ESTATE: Denver broker markets new Weld business park

GREELEY — A portion of the 265 acres that make up the Greeley-Weld Airport Business Park now is being actively marketed by Don Saavedra, a Denver commercial real estate broker with Saavedra Real Estate Services Inc."We˜re in the beginning stages of sales and marketing," he said.
Saavedra is marketing 64 acres of privately owned land in the business park. Much of the remaining land is being handled by the airport authority, headed by Mike Reisman. Bill Argo of the Greeley/Weld Economic Development Action Partnership Inc. also is involved.
