New restaurant to open in Loveland Nov. 8
LOVELAND – Backbone Gourmet Grub & Brewhouse will open in Loveland Nov. 8, serving a comfort food-inspired menu and locally brewed beer from Grimm Brothers Brewhouse, also located in Loveland.
The restaurant will be located at 1480 Cascade Ave. and is owned by Fountains of Loveland.
Backbone derives its name from the nearby formation Devil’s Backbone.
Following the opening of the restaurant, Fountains of Loveland and Grimm Brothers will continue to look for opportunities to work together, possibly incorporating additional brewing space for Grimm Brothers into the Fountains of Loveland property.
