ACCOUNTING

Amanda Proctor joined accounting and consulting firm Anton Collins Mitchell LLP in Greeley as a volunteer for a year. Proctor was appointed to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants committee and the Women’s Initiatives Executive Committee.

BANKING & FINANCE

Banner Green was promoted to assistant vice president / trust officer at Fort Collins-based First Western Trust. A First Western Trust employee for five years, she received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and graduated summa cum laude from Regis University in Denver.

Brian Shelton joined Bank of Colorado’s Mortgage Division as a mortgage loan officer. A University of Wyoming graduate, Shelton has more than eight years of residential mortgage lending and management experience, including work with Wells Fargo Mortgage. He will work at the new Loveland location and the Mortgage Division’s loan center in Johnstown.

Points West Community Bank, a locally owned and operated financial service provider, moved Shane Sparks from the bank’s Greeley location to its Windsor location, while Tim Ulrich moves from Windsor to Greeley. Sparks and Ulrich have more than 27 and eight years of banking experience, respectively.

ENGINEERING

Oliver Napp is the new chief executive of Fort Collins-based CPP, which provides wind testing and analysis for architects and engineers. Napp brings a decade of executive management experience in engineering consulting services, primarily with the P3-Group (now P3 Voith Aerospace). Napp replaces outgoing CEO Gary Larrew, who is retiring after nearly 11 years with the company.

HEALTH CARE

Commercial and residential real-estate agent Kareen Larsen joined Re/Max Alliance’s downtown Fort Collins office. She has been selling real estate in Northern Colorado for more than 13 years. Larsen works with her father, Lou Kinzli, a 45-year real estate veteran.

Dr. John L. Bender, chief executive of Miramont Family Medicine in Fort Collins, was sworn in as the 2013-14 president of the Colorado Medical Society at its annual meeting in September. CMS is the largest physician organization in the state, representing more than 7,500 doctors, physicians-in-training and medical students. Miramont has clinics in in Fort Collins, Wellington, Loveland, Parker and Fairplay.

INSURANCE

Matt Fries, Barry Eastman and Mike Jobman have been named members of New York Life Insurance Co.’s 2013 executive council. Fries has been a New York Life agent since 2010, and Eastman and Jobman have been agents since 2011. All are associated with the Fort Collins sales and Colorado General offices.

NONPROFITS

Shelley Carroll joined Fort Collins-based Realities For Children as business membership director. She has worked in marketing and promotions in Northern Colorado since 1999 with longtime Realities business member TownSquare Media.
