David Powell was named chief financial officer of Zmags, which develops cloud-based digital publishing software and recently was acquired by The Gores Group, an investment firm with offices in Boulder. Miriam MacKay joined the Broomfield Chamber of Commerce as director of membership engagement, and Jenna Finerty was promoted to director of business resources. A graduate of Regis University in Denver, MacKay has more than 20 years of experience working in corporate environments. Finerty joined the Chamber a year ago as director of membership engagement. Shar Shadowen was hired as a senior product manager in the Fort Collins office of engineering firm Lamp, Rynearson & Associates. A licensed professional engineer with 20 years of experience in Northern Colorado, Shadowen has experience in land development, municipal infrastructure, residential, multi-family, commercial and industrial projects as well as oil and gas sites. Charles Hostetler and Jeff Lask joined Engineering Analytics in Fort Collins as senior environmental scientist and senior environmental manager, respectively. Hostetler’s more than 20 years of expertise includes both field characterization methods and groundwater flow, transport and geochemical modeling. With 30 years of experience, Lask will provide technical support to address issues that involve compliance and permitting; due diligence; complex site characterizations; soil and groundwater remediation, and specializes in transload facility design and construction/engineering oversight. MWH Global promoted Roy C. Fazio to vice president and MWH Constructors district director; and James Obermeyer to senior vice president and client service manager.
