Opposition to El Paso County Buc-ee’s grows
EL PASO COUNTY — A plan to build a second Colorado Buc-ee’s location in El Paso County near Palmer Lake has drawn significant opposition from the community and a lawsuit from a watchdog group.
Concerns center around increased traffic and strain on the community’s infrastructure, according to a Denver Post report.
Buc-ee’s opened its first Colorado location in Johnstown last year.
