Trio of Denver landlords fined for lack of license

DENVER — Three Denver who failed to acquire the required residential rental licenses were each hit with a $500 fine. 

Licensing requirements went into effect earlier this year, according to the Denver Post, and if the trio of landlords fail to meet the requirements they could be fined another $999 in a matter of weeks.
