Trio of public golf courses sell for $17M

DENVER — Three public golf courses in the Denver region sold this month to an out-of-town buyer looking to push west.
Virginia-based Heritage Golf Group this month bought The Golf Club at Bear Dance, Colorado National Golf Club and Plum Creek Golf Club for a total of $17 million, according to land records.
Heritage now owns 28 clubs in the U.S.
