55 new homes may rise on former FoCo farm, cherry orchard
Denver developer True Life Cos. is planning 55 new homes on a former farm and cherry orchard south of Drake Road and east of Taft Hill Road in west Fort Collins.
If city planners approve, the Fort Collins Coloradoan says, the single-family homes would rise in a development called Hull Orchards.
