Greeley posts region’s most affordable lodging rates, highest occupancy in November

With the only room rates in the region that averaged less than $100 a night in November, Greeley lodgings posted by far the highest occupancy rate in Northern Colorado and the Boulder Valley, according to the Rocky Mountain Lodging Report, released Monday by the Colorado Hotel and Lodging Association.

Overnight accommodations in the Weld County seat averaged 72% occupancy in November, renting for an average $92.24 a night. For the year to date, Greeley has seen 75.4% average occupancy at an average room rate of $100.06, up from 69.4% and $95.51 for the same 11-month period in 2021.
