Colorado median home prices surge above $600,000
DENVER — Colorado housing prices continue to soar, as the median single-family detached home price reached more than $600,000 in April, according to the Denver Post.
While prices in Denver and Boulder have been above that number for some time, other Front Range communities are now starting to feel that same upward push.
