Coan, Payton & Payne promotes 3 to partner level

FORT COLLINS — Law firm Coan, Payton & Payne LLC has promoted Amanda Huston, Steven Mulligan and John Seebohm to partners in the firm.

As noted in a press statement from the firm, Huston’s legal practice focuses on corporate and real estate matters. She graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2016. She’s a member of the Larimer County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division, Fort Collins Downtown Development Authority, Commercial Real Estate Women, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. 

Seebohm’s legal practice focuses on estate and business planning, estate administration and probate litigation. Seebohm is admitted to practice in Colorado and California and various federal courts, including the District of Colorado and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.  He is a member of the American, Colorado, California and Boulder County bar associations.
