Journey names new president of payroll operations

FORT COLLINS — Journey Payroll Inc. has promoted Lina Freed to president of payroll operations. She also is now an owner and stockholder. 

“I look up to Lina in many different ways, starting with her heart, and ending with her drive to always want Journey and herself to be the best they can be,” said Journey CEO Kevin Welch in a statement. “Lina is someone you can always count on to be 100% with you and do what’s best for the Journey family. She is someone who you know will always have your back, and that is what I look for in every role, especially an owner.” 

Freed joined Journey Payroll & HR in 2015 as a payroll specialist and was director of payroll operations prior to her promotion.
