Boulder may delay Xcel buyout vote

BOULDER — The Boulder City Council may decide to wait until 2021 before asking residents whether to approve the acquisition of Xcel electric utility assets in the community.

The Camera reported that the originally targeted 2020 vote may not happen because of delays resulting from a court decision this fall.
