CBD firm plans new CTC operation

LOUISVILLE — Elixinol LLC, a hemp and CDB product maker, is planning a new flexible-use building in the Colorado Technology Center.
The plans, which were approved last week by Louisville City Council, call for the construction of a 22,500-square-foot facility to house offices, research, production, distribution and warehouse functions, according to documents submitted to Louisville’s planning department. About 35 employees will work at the new facility at 602 Taylor Avenue.
Bob Van Pelt of RVP Architecture is listed as the project’s applicant.
